Sama Counseling’s mission is to improve people’s confidence in their own ability to create lives that serve their own goals, needs and values through teaching somatic processes for emotional resiliency, relationship skill building that increases support systems and reinforcing individual strengths.
We do this one-on-one and in group setting through teaching, leading, and modeling tools, processes and techniques that empower individual sovereignty while also increasing connection to others. When we are secure in our own boundaries we have more capacity and safety to connect with others.
A portion of all revenue is donated to a serve youth and young adults in underinsured and/or under served populations, including LGBTQIA+ and youth who have experienced trauma.
